Star India Group was established because of the efforts made by our CMD sir and the reason it stands today at the peak of its success is also because of this eminent personality. He is a businessman having vast managerial capacity both in the fields of technical or non technical work. He has been actively engaged in many projects and has the complete infrastructural and advanced knowledge supposed to be known to a successful builder. He is the one who motivates all of us to act as a team and keep achieving various mile stones and cross all the obstacles coming our way.

This prominent personality equally supported the pillars to stand high. She believes that any heights can be achieved or reached if the foundation is strong and it was her confidence which resulted in building the foundation of Star India Group so strong. She always encourages all our employees which help in bringing out the best in them.

Mr. BASANT KUMAR
DIRECTOR

He carries a rich experience in managing all sorts of work. He personally looks after all the on site construction works going on in all the projects to make sure that everything is being done according to quality standards and also takes care of safety of all our workers. He manages everything in such a way that all the work is completed on time so that we can assure maximum satisfaction to our customers. Apart from this, he is the one who takes care of all the required certifications and thus helps to eliminate all the difficulties which may hamper work.

Ar. ASHISH SINHA
ARCHITECT

He is very innovative and an expert in visualizing dream homes in client’s budget and helps in turning their dreams into reality. He is our technical expert in cost effective designing. Our entire project is designed by keeping in mind the needs of the customers and he is the person behind all those efforts. He also looks after the sales and marketing department and gives his innovative ideas there which make our projects much better when compared to any other project in the same location and thus attracting customers.

According to her, our customers are the foundation of business. So, we must be honest and responsible for our customer’s requirements. She is the one who handles all the customer and banking relations and makes sure that everything functions smoothly and accordingly. She connects all the dots starting from customers to projects to banks and their schemes. Apart from this, she also takes care of all the other activities going on in other departments and thus is the reason behind overall effective functioning of the organisation.
