We have often heard a term home-maker being constantly used with women. But do we know the significance of this term? Behind every happy household, there’s always a lady, taking care of her family, looking after their needs, maintaining homes properly and so many more uncountable chores that they do with a smile, thus shaping every house into a home. What’s interesting is that in today’s world there are women who are responsible for not only making homes but for building houses as well.
There are women who have made their names in this real estate industry by giving valuable contributions in this sector. These women challenged the imposed role given to them and proved that they could be among the top leaders in a male dominating sector. It’s because of women like them that young girls are getting more and more interested in this sector and we can see a ray of hope towards achieving gender balance in this sector very soon.
