Why investing in Property is a good Idea?

The idea of investing can be intimidating but it’s an important part of saving for various financial goals and building wealth. There are a number of investment opportunities available in the market. Certain investments carry more risk than others. But there is an investment that has been risk-free over the years, and that is Real Estate.

Real estate has the potential to deliver very high returns in the long run. It can provide a steady cash flow and several tax benefits.

We have listed below some of the many advantages that real estate offers over other investment classes.

  1. Passive & Steady source of income: Demand for rental housing is rising. This demand is expected to increase in the coming years, making rental units a steady income source.
  2. Provides ample liquidity: Property is also used as collateral to raise loans. Since loans against property (LAPs) are secured, they are cheaper than personal loans (unsecured) and available for longer tenures.
  3. Power of leverage: Unlike other investment options such as bonds, mutual funds, or stocks, one can invest more than his current net worth in real estate. One can easily purchase a property worth more than his current net worth by making only 20-30% of the down payment. This leverage makes property investment a viable opportunity for aspiring investors.

The main purpose of buying real estate as an investment is to make a profit. So, to keep it a profitable investment, keep these 5 things in mind before investing in property:

  1. Analyse your credit score before applying for a loan
  2. Weigh the full cost of investment
  3. Avoid impulse buying
  4. Do good personal research and due diligence
  5. Always compare ROI on other forms of investment, such as mutual funds, savings, equity, etc.

Women in Real Estate Sector

We have often heard a term home-maker being constantly used with women. But do we know the significance of this term? Behind every happy household, there’s always a lady, taking care of her family, looking after their needs, maintaining homes properly and so many more uncountable chores that they do with a smile, thus shaping every house into a home. What’s interesting is that in today’s world there are women who are responsible for not only making homes but for building houses as well.
There are women who have made their names in this real estate industry by giving valuable contributions in this sector. These women challenged the imposed role given to them and proved that they could be among the top leaders in a male dominating sector. It’s because of women like them that young girls are getting more and more interested in this sector and we can see a ray of hope towards achieving gender balance in this sector very soon.

World Consumer Rights Day

World consumer rights day is celebrated on the 15th of March every year with an aim to celebrate the power of consumers and remember their rights & needs. It is a day to spread awareness in society to avoid any unfair practices against the consumers. This Day was inspired by the 35th President of the United States, John F Kennedy, who sent a special message to the US Congress on 15th of March 1962, formally addressing the issue of consumer rights. This Consumer Rights Day, all consumers will join together to tackle the problem of plastic pollution which is the theme for the year 2021.
Consumers are the foundation of any business be it real estate in Patna or any other sector. Any business strategy is designed by keeping in mind the demands of the customers. Various products and projects are designed with an aim to reach every niche of consumers. Sadly, the people responsible for the success of any product, the consumers, are many times deprived of their basic rights. There are six basic consumer rights in India which are: the right to safety, right to be informed, right to choose, right to be heard, right to seek redressal, and lastly right to consumer education; which must be taken care of by any organization in this nation.
Star India Construction, one of the leading names in real estate in Patna keeps this as the priority to take care of all these consumer rights and do all the efforts to satisfy them. Starting from the day we receive any customer’s inquiry to the days even after they start residing in our projects, we make sure to keep them updated and we progress according to the consultations done with our customers in any of our projects under real estate in Patna or any other city. We not only build houses but we design their dreams the exact way they want. We provide world-class amenities in all our projects and our project locations are always decided by keeping in mind the presence of basic facilities nearby. There are various renowned hospitals and education hubs near our project Tech Towne which is the mega township project of Star India Construction. Our latest projects such as Dhanraj Complex, Shiv Bhajju Vihar or our completed projects like Sant Vihar, Narayan Vihar, etc are there in amazing locations with all the basic requirements at walking distance thus making them one of the best projects under real estate in Patna.
Whatever we are today, after an amazing journey of 25 years is because of the trust that thousands of our customers have shown in us over the years. It’s because of them that Star India Construction emerged to be the best firm under real estate in Patna and we have this zeal of further proving our mettle and serving many more customers with even better facilities in the future, thus expanding the Star India Construction family.
Star India Construction wishes everyone a happy consumer rights day and hopes no consumer ever gets deprived of their rights.

International Women’s Day

International women’s day is celebrated on the 8th of March every year. It was first observed during international women’s year in 1975. It is the celebration of progress made towards achieving gender equality and a day to stand together in unity for further achieving the same. The theme for the year 2021 is “choose to challenge”. The theme is based on the premise that; from challenge comes change, so let’s all choose to challenge and call out all the inequality and bias going on in this world against women.
Women are the pillar of this society, in fact, it won’t be wrong to say that they are the creators. Along with working hard towards achieving their dreams, women look after their homes and also care about the needs of all the family members as if there’s some superpower given to them by god. In older times, women used to be deprived of their right to work as they were imposed with the role of looking after their family, but what women proved with time is that they can fulfill both their duties perfectly.
Women today are excelling in every field. Be it India’s first female prime minister Indira Gandhi, first female president Pratibha Devisingh Patil, first female IPS officer Kiran Bedi, first female defense minister Nirmala Sitharaman or the first-ever Indian to win an Olympic silver in badminton PV Sindhu; all these women proved that they are better than so many men out there and can manage all their responsibilities beautifully.
What’s sad is that despite so many examples of women making our country proud, many women in India are still not allowed to go outside and work. Even if they are, there are so many restrictions imposed on them which make their life difficult. Even it’s often seen that in work places women are paid less or are thought to be less responsible or accountable than men despite the fact that they are the one who are managing the homes of all those men.
With a vision to make a difference, we at Star India Construction always support and assist women to grow further. In our organization women are there in important positions helping us run the organization smoothly. Be it our Director Usha Sinha, Senior General Manager Ekta Kumari Jindal or our HR Manager Sushma Krishna. We believe that change can come only if we have the courage of challenging stigmas in our society, be it unequal treatment of women or keeping them deprived of their basic rights in the name of tradition or something else.
Let us all stand in solidarity by raising our hands high and commit ourselves to the choose to challenge campaign. #WomenEmpowerment #ChooseToChallenge #IWD2021
